Our Farms

“For over ten years, I’ve been traveling to farming communities in search of a brighter tomorrow for future generations. Through my work, I’ve built a strong network of devoted farming communities. Right now, I am farming and attending school in Mount Shasta, California. If you’d like to learn more about my journey, read on!”

Current Projects

California Farming Project

Currently, I am a culinary student at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, working to earn my plant-based Chef’s degree. Additionally, I am the proprietor of a retreat and yoga center in Mount Shasta, California, where we’re in the process of installing a large industrial greenhouse to grow organic produce. This new abundance will allow us to pursue various farm-to-table initiatives such as creating a community-supported agriculture (CSA) program and taking on woofers. Ultimately, my aim is to oversee the entire process of growing fresh, nutrient-dense foods to ensure not only the best flavors but also the well-being of everyone involved.

Our Mission

“We have many plans in the works, but our overall mission is to implement Ayurvedic farming techniques, combined with modern sustainable agricultural practices and infrastructure. By honoring traditional knowledge and embracing innovation, we believe that we can catalyze positive change and transform the world. We aim to empower individuals to make healthier lifestyle choices, and to spread this knowledge far and wide. Everyone needs to eat, but few really understand what they are consuming. Our mission is to reconnect people with their food, which will not only give them greater self-confidence and clarity, but also heal them at the core – mentally, physically, and spiritually.”

Building Community

Organic farming is becoming increasingly important as people become more aware of their impact on the environment. Organic farming is a method of growing crops that avoids the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals. This method of farming is important because it produces food that is healthier for people to eat, and it helps to protect the environment from the harmful effects of chemicals.

In addition to organic farming, Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is an innovative way for people to access fresh, locally grown produce. CSA programs allow consumers to buy a “share” of a farmer’s produce at the beginning of the season, which provides them with a steady supply of fresh, seasonal vegetables throughout the growing season. CSA programs are important because they support local farmers and provide consumers with access to fresh, healthy food.

Another important aspect of sustainable agriculture is WWOOFing, or Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms. This program allows volunteers to work on organic farms around the world in exchange for food, accommodations, and the opportunity to learn about sustainable agriculture. WWOOFing is important because it provides an opportunity for people to learn about sustainable agriculture first-hand, and to gain practical experience that they can use to make a positive difference in the world.

Overall, organic farming, CSA programs, and WWOOFing are all important aspects of sustainable agriculture. They help to promote healthy, fresh, locally grown food, and they support a system of agriculture that is better for the environment and for people’s health.
